14 days after it arrives, unused. That’s the whole policy — sale stuff included.

Email team@ihategolf.com and we’ll send a label. Hats have no tags, so don’t go hunting for them. Don’t ship anything back until you have the label.

If it showed up wrecked or wrong, email us right away and we’ll make it right.

Once it’s back and unused, we refund your original payment. Banks take their sweet time after that.
